Vista Del Mar condominiums were designed with special attention to you, the client. Our aim was to give all twelve units the ability to capture the view of the horizon. This was accomplished by designing the master bedroom and living room with multiple windows as well as patio doors leading out into the balcony so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, gaze out into the ocean waves or read the newspaper in your own privacy.

Vista Del Mar condominiums consist of twelve (12) units. Each unit has three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms (except the penthouses- which has 3 bathrooms, bar, and Jacuzzi), kitchen, laundry room, front and back balconies, and foyer. Plan your own special dinner or travel to the many excellent restaurants. At the client's request, there is a limousine on call 24 hours (for an extra fee).

"Vista Del Mar" is truly a piece of Heaven on Earth.
Kikita Beach is paradise for surfers and divers. You can also walk to “Ojo del Buey or otherwise known as The Ox's Eye” and enjoy a nice day with the family. The Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club is nearby. Dorado Del Mar which features Chi Chi Rodriguez golf course; Embassy Suites; Cinemas, Walgreen, McDonald, Burger King, Baskin Robbins, Post Office, Hospital, and can't forget those Kiosko, all within walking distance.
